Combining premium black Périgord truffles with natural sea salt flakes  , our Smoked Black Truffle Salt has been developed to enhance the flavours of the simplest dishes. As the ultimate seasoning, it can be used in your cooking in a simple risotto to a classic omelette. The ideas are limitless and we are so excited with the numerous ways our salt can be used. This is dedicately smoked for a final flourish to give this salt a smokey long lasting taste, flavour and aroma.
