A Vegan Pop up with Misu Bangalore

The three course Vegan menu is themed Bangkok to Bali experience with an interactive session with Chef Sebastian. I featured my Vegan recipes with various cooking styles and my philosophy of keeping it simple .

This special vegan menu is a journey to three destinations of the world that offers a lot of delicious dishes. My recipes celebrated local produce but cooked with inspiration from Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Bali.

The menu featured dishes

Entree : Mushroom larb wait smoked pineapple salsa , local micro greens and lotus crisps and toasted rice dust .

Second course : Tofu Rice parcels, aromatic vegan laksa broth, cassava crisps, chilli jam eggplant, Nut crumble and Tofu Mayo

Dessert : Final course Chocolate and Kara Coconut Torte , Vegan pistachio tuile and chocolate vegan ice cream.
